To view any pricing on the Kookaburra website, you must be logged in. Once you login you will be provided with your account pricing.

Click the Login icon in the top right hand corner of the website. This will take you to the Login page. Enter your username and password as instructed.

Go to the Contact Us page and complete the form.

If you are a Student Pack customer, you DO NOT need an account with Kookaburra. You will have been provided a username and password from your school to be able to login. If you require assistance, please call our team on 1300 766 997.

Go to the Login page and click the Forgotten Password button under the login box. Your password will be emailed to you.

There are three (3) ways to obtain a quote:

  1. Contact your local Kookaburra Account Manager. Visit the Find my Account Manager page in the footer or go to the Contact Us page for a list of Kookaburra Account Managers.
  2. Contact Customer Service on 1300 766 997 or email us.
  3. Online on the website once you are logged in. Simply add items to your cart or click on the cart and enter the items with the fast order entry that you would like a quote on, and select 'Request A Quote'.

Visit our About Kookaburra page in the footer and choose the Contract you are interested in. These pages will provide you all the information you need about the State Government Contracts that Kookaburra is affiliated and accredited with.

There are four (4) ways to place an order:

  1. Order online. First Login, and then search products and add them to your cart. If you already have the item code, simply enter the code in the product search. Otherwise, browse our products on the website and click 'Add to Cart' for the items you wish to add to your order.
  2. Email us an official school sales order or fax it to 1300 768 997.
  3. Download an Order Form and fax it to 1300 768 997.
  4. Contact your local Kookaburra Account Manager. Visit the Contact Us page and click on Find my Account Manager or view the Find my Account Manager page in the footer for a list of Kookaburra Account Managers.

Standard Delivery Times

Kookaburra's standard delivery times are five (5) to ten (10) working days.

Student Pack Deliveries

Delivery times may vary when ordering individual Student Packs, and will be delivered in accordance with the individual requirements of your School. This may include pre-arranged ordering cut-off dates, as well as pre-arranged delivery times agreed to by your School. Please view the individual homepage for your Student Pack, or refer to documentation provided by your School for your individual delivery dates.

As the products on this website may be subject to design, colour change or alteration at any time, Kookaburra reserves the right to supply the current item.

All orders under $250.00 (ex GST) attract a $9.00 (ex GST) freight & handling charge. Orders over $250.00 (ex. GST) are freight free, excluding:

  • Campaigns or products where we have advertised that a freight & handling charge applies.
  • Office furniture and bulky freight of high value items that are advertised with the 'Additional Freight Charge' truck logo.

Kookaburra reserves the right to charge additional freight for specialised items to difficult or remote locations. The Additional Freight Charge trucks in both black or orange mean the same thing - that there is an Additional Freight Charge above our General Freight Costs (listed in the point above), which will be applied to that item.

The black truck and text shows on the product grid, shopping cart, checkout and order summary pages as well as in the order confirmation email that you receive.

The orange truck and text shows on the product detail page so it is clearly visible as well as displayed in our print marketing materials.

Where possible, Kookaburra has a commitment to provide products that promote sustainable practices. In order for a product to earn the Kookaburra Green Logo, it must meet one or more of the following selection criteria:

  • Recycled Content - product must contain a minimum of 10% recycled or post-consumer materials.
  • Sustainable Material Source - product comes from a source that is certified as sustainable under Australian or International Standards. Examples of Standards are FSC, PEFC, AFS Alliance, and Independent Certification - Organisations such as GECA.
  • End of Life Management - product must contain a minimum of 50% Biodegradable, degradable or compostable material.
  • Manufacturer End of Life Management - Products where the manufacturer commits to the return of their products for proper disassembly and recycling.

Kookaburra has partnered with HART Sport to bring you a range of quality Sporting Goods and Active Play products specific to the education market. Our aim is to make these products more accessible and easy to order when purchasing your other educational products from Kookaburra.

These products featured in our catalogue have been selected based on feedback from Teachers and School Sports Coordinators yet is only a small selection of the larger range available. If you require Sporting Goods or Active Play products not listed in our printed catalogue, please call one of our friendly Kookaburra Account Managers for more information and pricing.

HART Sport products in the Sport section of our website may arrive separately to other products ordered from Kookaburra. Freight terms and pricing differ to our normal terms - please refer to the pricing matrix below.

The below list of freight charges is correct as at 1 May 2016 and subject to change at Kookaburra's discretion. Please ask for updated freight charges at the time of ordering.

There are four (4) ways to get a copy of an invoice:

  1. Email our Accounts Team and request copies of invoices. Please invluce the invoice numbers you would like copies of.
  2. Complete the Online Enquiry Form under the Contact Us tab. Make sure you include invoice numbers you would like copies of.
  3. View statements online. Login to your account. Select Account Statement from the Dashboard and Select an Enquiry Type from the list.
  4. Call us on 1300 766 997 and ask to speak to our accounts department.

If you know the exact product code you are looking for, simply type that in the Product Search box at the top of the page and click Search or Enter.

You can also search by product type, product name, product description or product category. Our search is predictive and will show you an initial list of results in a drop down list.

You need to be logged in to the website to view backorders. Please Login and select Track Orders from the Dashboard. From here you can enter your invoice/order number or search by status, date and even product.

Goods that are delivered damaged, faulty or are different to the advertised description or samples will be eligible for exchange, credit or refund. A Return Authorisation Form must be obtained by contacting your local Kookaburra Account Manager in the first instance (Visit the Contact Us page and click on Find my Account Manager or view the Find my Account Manager page in the footer for a list of Kookaburra Account Managers) or contact Head Office via email or call 1300 766 997 for assistance.

All authorised returns must follow the below:

  • Must be approved before the items are sent back.
  • Must be accompanied with a Return Authorisation Form.
  • Must be in original condition including all accessories and packaging.
  • We will advise you if a restocking fee is applicable to the goods being returned.

Please note: As Student Packs are a customised product, they are Firm Sale (i.e. non-returnable).

Consumer guarantees do not apply if you got what you asked for, but simply changed your mind; found it cheaper elsewhere; decided you did not like the purchase or had no further need for it.
