Only authorised team members in our Customer Experience, Marketing and Finance Teams have access to our customers' personal information. Their access is subject to strict controls and procedures and accessing your personal information is only done in conducting their role with Kookaburra.

Kookaburra retains the information you provide to us including your contact and credit card details to enable us to verify transactions and customer details and to retain adequate records for legal and accounting purposes. This information is held on secure servers in controlled facilities.

These sites belong to brands and suppliers associated with Kookaburra and are there for your convenience in obtaining Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS), Product Specification Sheets, Manual, Brochures etc. To the best of our knowledge these sites are safe for your use, however please be aware that we are not responsible for the privacy practices of such other sites. Kookaburra reserves the right to amend this privacy policy at any time, to reflect any changes in our business requirements and to stay relevant with current legislation.
