DELIVERY DELAYS:

With the new school term approaching and as we work through our customers’ requirements our business, now like many other businesses is experiencing the ongoing impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Both ourselves and our supply partners, whether it be goods supply or transport, are experiencing staffing challenges due to the health and safety measures put in place, such as staff requiring to isolate at home, this may lead to delays in delivery of goods.  

Our team are working hard to despatch orders as quickly as possible, and we will continue to provide direct communications to customers if they are impacted. 

Both Kookaburra and its supply partners are working to the current government guidelines and capacity limits to keep all staff members and customers safe.
